About Project
This was a highly requested and anticipated feature of our customers. This product feature allows customers to create email workflow campaigns to boost engagement with their users. This feature was launched in Spring of 2020 and is being used to engage with thousands of users all over the world.

Problems Solved
Prior to having this feature customers had to use outside email providers to create engagement campaigns for their users. Customers wanted to be able to create engagements inside the application and analyze the data.
Building Emails In App
Customers can create custom designed emails to send to their users. This email editing experience also allows users to merge in unique share links and social share links to enhance the sharing experience.
Analyze Email Performance
This Engagement Suite is a full end-to-end solution for customers. Customers can analyze and track the activity in their email campaigns using the Engagement Profile.
Design Process
Define: Our customers needed a way to engage and track their users in app. Creating an engagement email platform allows our customers to do just that.
Discover: Teams came together at Ambassador to participate in design thinking workshops and research that helped shape the design of this feature. Research was also conducted to understand the competitive landscape in the email marketing space to ensure the feature built would meet market expectation.
Develop: Early on using lo-fi sketching and journey mapping the Engagement Suite came to life. Getting feedback from all teams and customers to validate solution ideas during development ensured user experience best practices were implemented.
Iterate: The first task in launching this feature was to create an MVP version of the product and to validate all solutions with real customers.
Deliver: Following an iterative approach to development allowed this feature to be shipped to gain real user insights. This feature is currently being used by customer to engage with thousands of users.
